About ArcticStorm
Sarah and Mallori met in the early 2010's at a dog show, where we got talking about our "brown dogs." We began traveling together in late 2020 as shows were starting to pick back up, and we decided to team up and begin handling together starting in 2021.
We created ArcticStorm from our two kennel names; ArcticWyns Flat-Coated Retrievers for Sarah, and StormyDaze Labrador Retrievers for Mallori.
We have been very fortunate to have the opportunity to present many beautiful dogs for their breeders and owners, and we would love to add you and your dog to our list!

Sarah Brown
I began showing dogs in 2007, starting with my first Flat-Coat, Dash. I spent my apprentice years learning all things Sporting and Toy from one of the best handlers around, and was a registered assistant with the PHA. Since then, I have had the honor of presenting two beautiful Flat-Coats and one Silky Terrier to #1, winning three National Specialties, Best of Breed at Westminster and Royal Canin, and more group wins and placements than I can count. I love having client dogs come in and watching them grow, mature, and really come into their own! I specialize in the Sporting and Toy groups, and have lots of experience with most breeds from all seven groups.
Mallori Seifert
I showed my first dog at the tender age of 4, and have been hooked ever since! My mom bred and raised Labradors, and I had the wonderful opportunity to work for several handlers, one being one of the very best handlers on the West coast. There is where I learned so much about breeds from every group, and gained my extensive experience many breeds. I was a registered assistant with the AKC RHP, and I also had the honor of winning Best Junior Handler at the Westminster Kennel Club in 2017. Since then, I have campaigned several Labradors and one Basset Hound to Top 20 rankings and beyond, with multiple group wins and many placements. I specialize in Sporting and Hound, with extensive experience in Herding, Working, and Non-Sporting.

Travel & Safety
Safety of the dogs and ourselves is a top priority for us. All of our dogs travel in size-appropriate Impact crates with Primo Pads, where they are safe and secure while we travel. We have a 2015 Ford Transit with both built in air conditioning, as well as an external AC and heater unit to ensure we can keep the dogs cool and comfortable in the Summer, and warm and cozy in the Winter.
We carry full coverage insurance on our Transit, and cover ourselves, our assistants, and our clients by keeping Care and Custody insurance, just on the off chance an accident occurs.
We are compliant with the PHA and AKC RHP requirements, and just need another few years as established handlers before we are eligible for application into the programs.
Home Life
At home, we do not have a kennel building, but instead have a dog room in our home. This enables us to have extensive contact with the dogs every day, as well as rotate them throughout the day between their spacious crates, our securely fenced 3/4 acre yard, and lounging in the house with us. When we take a few of the dogs for trips to town, they are transported in our personal vehicles in secure Ruffland crates. The dogs enjoy going to our local pet store and the other pet-friendly stores in town, where they are the local celebrities!
Care & Conditioning
We feed and recommend high quality kibble and supplements. Our personal dogs are fed NutriSource and Inukshuk, and supplemented with fish oil, Vitamin E, and coat supplements when needed. Every dog in our care has a detailed diet and supplement regime to help them look and feel their best! We are also firm believers in fixing minor flaws with body conditioning and training. We use a treadmill and a bike/scooter to keep all of our dogs in tip top shape while on the road, and they have the run of our huge fenced yard while we are at home.
We bathe and groom all of our dogs exclusively in One Stray Hair, LLC products. We have tried what feels like every product on the market, and this brand is what works the best for us and our string of dogs. We also utilize chiropractors and massage therapists to help us keep our dogs feeling and looking amazing. Our favorite girls at Farmhouse Chiropractic are only a phone call away, and offer support and consults all the way from Florida. They have taught us several exercises for strengthening toplines and keeping the dogs moving beautifully, as well as several stretches for both the dogs and ourselves!
We use several veterinarians to help us keep our dogs in immaculate health; we have our favorite vet clinic for our routine visits, as well as having several wonderful emergency clinics within an hour's drive, and one specialty clinic 45 minutes away! We do not dilly dally when it comes to your pet's health, and you will be our first call if we feel there is something wrong. We both are certified in canine CPR and first aid, know how to tube a bloating dog, and how to administer any necessary medications.
